Accessibility statement

Roadside emergencies happen to everyone, so this website is built to work for everyone — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control, often one-handed, outdoors, on a phone.

Our target

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What that looks like here

• Semantic landmarks, one H1 per page, and a logical heading order
• A skip-to-content link and full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators
• Touch targets at least 44×44 pixels and body text at least 16 pixels
• Strong color contrast on both dark and light surfaces
• Labels, descriptions, and error messages programmatically tied to form fields
• Status messages announced to assistive technology
• Layouts that work at 320px width, at 200% zoom, and with enlarged browser fonts
• Respect for the reduced-motion preference; no flashing content; no hover-only features
• Core actions — calling and texting — are plain links that work without JavaScript

Known limitations

Linked third-party sites (Google, Yelp) have their own accessibility practices that we can’t control.
